9:45 AM Transforming Boeing’s PLM Russ Benson, Director, IT Engineering Systems, Boeing

Russ Benson is director of the Boeing IT Engineering Systems organization, which is part of Boeing IT Product Systems. He is responsible for all aspects of engineering systems used throughout the company. Russ joined Boeing in 1984 as a Systems Engineer on the AWACS program for the mission communication and RADAR systems. Prior to his current position he was director of Engineering Operations in Boeing Commercial Airplanes responsible for Engineering Processes, Standards and System Requirements. Russ’ will share a video of Boeing Products, outlining the complexities that need to be addressed in a large complex PLM environment and will discuss current and future needs.
