Attendees will learn some of the real world advantages of running Siemens NX Turbomachinery Milling through a series of demonstrations. The basics concepts and definitions of Turbomachinery Milling will be explained before jumping into an overview of the benefits, followed by examples of how select geometries, using path smoothing, and blend matching functions, when to instance operations or copy operations, how to reduce cuts in roughing.

At the conclusion, attendees will have a better understanding of why the Turbomachinery Milling package makes programming blisks and impellers so much more efficient and gain valuable tips and tricks on how to program effectively and reduce machining times.
