IMPORTANT –Before registering for the conference you MUST complete your hotel reservations and obtain your hotel confirmation number in order to receive the special discounted registration rate. Attendees not staying at The Rio All-Suite hotel will be charged the regular registration rate. Click here to make your hotel reservations. 

Conference Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Cancellations will be granted to written requests on or before April 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2012 for any reasons (including credit for future year). After April 1, 2012, only transfers will be accepted to the conference. Registration may be transferred to another person at any time. A registration transfer must have the same price, registration type and form of payment. If they are not the same, please cancel the original registration and create a new registration for the new attendee.
