Primary Presenter Biography: Allen Bourgoyne is the director of the AMD Professional Graphics ISV Alliances team. He has over 25 years of experience in the computer industry with focus in the areas of computer graphics, software development, and performance analysis. Allen has represented AMD on the SPEC Graphics Performance Characterization (GPC) committee and has presented at numerous industry and 3rd party software developer conferences.


Abstract:  You will learn what is required to run NX well and what you can do to optimize your workstation to get the most out of it.

Based on over 20 years of experience in design and engineering software, graphics systems, and hardware performance analysis and tuning, this session will provide tips on improving your workstation’s performance, focusing on graphics but also covering other parts of the system.
