You or You on behalf of Company named above, if any, "Presenter" consents to the use by PLM World, Inc. and PLM authorized designees including but not limited to its partners and affiliates ("PLM World, Inc and PLM authorized designees are collectively called "PLM") of your entire Presentation (defined to include abstract, biography bullet items, and any follow up refined Presentation you will be asked to do at a later date, if your Presentation is accepted) as referenced below in the manner authorized by this release. Presenter hereby grants to PLM on a non exclusive basis, during the term of the copyright, without the need to request additional approvals in the future, the right to reproduce the Presentation, either individually or as part of a collective work; to distribute copies of the Presentation to the public by sale or license or other method by all means, now known or hereinafter developed, including electronic means and in new media and to distribute through electronic content that is downloadable from the Internet or from CD ROM, to adapt the Presentation to make changes or alterations, in whole or in part, as long as the context of use is not materially changed or the Presenter's trademark changed in any way, to include the Presentation in a member depository, and to display the Presentation. For avoidance of doubt, the grant of rights set forth herein shall be read to include, but not be limited to the rights to distribute the Presentation either individually or as part of a collective work, to publish it in handouts and newsletters, to display it on PLM's website or by way of download to electronic devices or electronic media to potential customers, to distribute through CD-Rom, DVD, audio mp3, video, broadcast, web casts, telephone seminars. Presenter authorizes the use of Presenter's name on the Presentation and in a collective work and in any supplements or revisions thereof. Presenter warrants that Presenter is 18 and is either the owner of the copyright or has the capacity and authority to act on behalf of the Company named above to give the rights granted herein to PLM, that the Presentation contains no libelous or inaccurate statements, that the Presentation will not infringe any statutory or common law copyright and that the Presentation will not violate any right of privacy or publicity, or otherwise violate any law or any person's personal or property rights. Presenter agrees to complete whatever forms are necessary to ensure that PLM is legally able to exercise the rights given herein by Presenter. Presenter agrees to supply biographical information upon request for use by the PLM in the marketing and promotion of the Presentation and gives PLM permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute and display such biographical information.
