Join us for this FULL DAY Material Management Series! | Monday, May 8

The need for an improved end-to-end material lifecycle data management solution is driven by demand for innovative, compliant, quality, and custom products, product line complexities, and an increased amount of global environmental and social compliance requirements. The effectiveness of the material lifecycle depends on the integration of data and processes into the product lifecycle. This includes the following processes: product planning, raw material certification, sourcing from certified suppliers and approved material specification for that application, design/math release, simulation, part approval, manufacturing, substances of concern and ecodesign.

In this track, we take a close look at the end-to-end material lifecycle as it relates to the product lifecycle and explore business process improvements and lessons learned. We will share best practices and experiences realized by business, IT and Siemens teams through digitization of material data and processes with supporting software solutions.
