NX CAM in a Complete Manufacturing System

Track: NX CAM and Tecnomatix User Connection

Session Number: 170256
Date: Tue, May 9th, 2017
Time: 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM
Room: 210

Description:

This presentation will outline the linking of NX CAM, Vericut and TDM into an integrated manufacturing system.  The linking of TDM tool database library into NX CAM to supply Tool Definitions, cutting process parameters.  Setting up the NX CAM Knowledgebase to read the TDM database as a library. Automatically creating cutter lists in TDM while post processing the NX CAM NC data. Using process data stored with the tool assembly in TDM with NX CAM as needed.   The linking of TDM to Vericut to directly load tool definitions from TDM to Vericut while loading the models from NX CAM into Vericut.  How multiple systems can interact and share data.

Session Type: Interactive Lecture
