Software and embedded system are responsible for 80% of product innovation and differentiation; therefore, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) plays a cruical role in the effective development and management of the software embedded in your products  Leveraging powerpoint and video demonstration, this session will step through the issues and challenges associated with software development and managing its lifecycle. Focusing on the challenges surrounding collaboation, traceability and workflow, we will discuss and demonstrate Polarion capabilities for software requirements management, project management, source code management,  test and quality management, defect management, change management and resource management. This session is applicable for people experienced with Application Lifecycle Management as well as people new to the domain that are considering if this capability is appropriate for their environment.
