Companies realize that holistic and cross-functional cost management is a cornerstone of business success. While costs after SOP are managed in well-established ERP systems the pre-SOP phase typically is covered in a heterogeneous process and systems landscape. Worst case this leads to wrong management decisions due to inaccurate or outdated information. Teamcenter Product Cost Management is a cross-functional cost management system including Product Costing, Tool Costing and Profitability Calculation. As a common platform it standardizes calculation processes and creates holistic, globally available cost information. In addition integrating with ERP and PLM ensures best data at any point in time from 3D-data to general calculation premises. In this session we provide a general overview on our major product areas and key capabilities and will in addition focus on how our latest product enhancements.
