Description:

A spherical design is free to rotate about an axis.  This design has air blowing on it for cooling.  NX is used to predict temperatures of the design.  Of particular interest are the Articulation and Flow abilities of NX.  To protect key details of the actual design, presented to PLM World is a simplified solution that proves the concept.  Separately provided is a comparison of a more detailed analysis to preliminary hardware test results.
