PLM World/Siemens PLM Connection – Americas will never call you to book housing and will only point you to the hotel page on the Siemens PLM Connection – Americas website for reservations. If you are contacted by any other company offering to make hotel reservations for you, we urge you not to book with them as they are not affiliated with Siemens PLM Connection - Americas and therefore are not authorized to make reservations on Siemens PLM Connection - Americas’ behalf. While they may offer special rates, unauthorized companies typically require non-refundable pre-paid reservations, and often move individuals to other hotels without notice. You must check in during registration to receive your conference badge and drink tickets. Badges must be worn at all times and include access to:

  • General Sessions
  • Conference Educational sessions
  • Hands -on Training sessions
  • Solution Center
  • Continental Breakfasts, Lunches and Refreshment Breaks
  • Evening Receptions and Events

Ribbons: The following ribbons will give you special access to Speaker Ready Room and Volunteer Lounge.

Please wear them at all times, or visit the registration desk if lost.

Presenter Registration: Presenters MUST upload a COMPLETE copy of their presentation before badge pickup. If your presentation is not uploaded before arrival on-site, you will be asked to provide a copy at the registration desk prior to badge retrieval.

Guest policy: Travel companions/guests are not permitted at any conference sessions or events other than the Opening Night Reception and a guest pass had been purchased separately with registration.

Dress code for all conference events: Business casual

Attendee Photography and Video Policy: You may be asked to refrain from taking pictures or videos during certain sessions. If this request is made and you do not comply, your equipment may be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the conference.

Operation Gratitude Project


Monday-Thursday | PLM World HUB
Join your peers in giving back! PLM World is partnering with the charitable organization Operation Gratitude. A few minutes of your time will help supply much needed personal items to U.S. troops all over the world.

We made it easy for you to participate. If you have a spare minute or two, please stop by the Operation Gratitude area near the RUG booth and assemble a few care kits. Our goal is to assemble 500 care kits that will be placed in complete care packages to ship overseas. It is a great way to show appreciate to those who give so much!

Operation Gratitude annually sends 200,000+ care packages filled with food, entertainment, hygiene, and handmade items, plus personal letters of appreciation to Veterans, First Responders, New Recruits, Wounded Heroes, their Care Givers, and to individually named U.S. service members deployed overseas and their families waiting at home.

Photography and Video Release

PLM World may have photographers/videographers present in General Sessions, Breakouts, Training Rooms and common areas. These photographs may be used on our website or in future PLM World marketing pieces. If you object to this usage, politely notify the photographer/videographer if they approach you.
