Announcing at PLM World

At PLM World 2015, Lattice Technology is announcing two new products for Teamcenter:

  • Lattice3D Studio Connector for Teamcenter
  • Lattice3D Publisher Connector for Teamcenter

These new products enable Teamcenter users to easily take advantage of Lattice3D solutions while in the Teamcenter user interface. The Lattice3D Studio Connector for Teamcenter and the Lattice3D Publisher Connector for Teamcenter allow you to create, update and publish work instructions or any technical communication (with advanced authoring capabilities) available from Lattice Technology.

Heavy Data

Lattice Technology solutions bring the most benefit to companies who have “heavy data”.  By heavy data, we mean products that have thousands of parts and/or complex geometry. Many other technical communication solutions have difficulties handling heavy data. , which results in exceedingly long load times or maybe the data can’t be loaded at all (only subassemblies can be loaded). Because Lattice3D models are ultra-lightweight (usually one-half of one percent of the native CAD model, while still maintaining accuracy), you can easily handle heavy data—even the largest of assemblies with thousands and thousands of parts can be loaded onto a standard laptop.
