The conference fee for attendees includes access to keynotes, training classes, break-out sessions and content, internet in conference areas, plus breakfast, breaks and lunch each day of the conference. Also included is access to the Welcome and Partner Receptions Monday and Tuesday.
University Discount-To request the university discount code please email firstname.lastname@example.org from your university email account. Please be prepared to show a photo copy of a university issued picture ID. In order to recieve the univeristy rate, you must stay at the conference hotel.
Group Registration- **Early Bird Group Registration Fees are only available during Early Bird dates. Group rates are available for companies sending 9+ employees and all attendees must work for the same corporation. All group attendees must book at the conference hotel (The Sheraton Downtown Hotel) in order to receive the group discount. Conference Cancellation/Transfer Policy- Cancellations will be granted to written requests on or before April 1, 2013. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2013 for any reasons - including credit for future year. After April 1, 2013, only transfers will be accepted to the conference. Registration may be transferred to another person at any time. A registration transfer must have the same price, registration type and form of payment. If they are not the same, please cancel the original registration and create a new registration for the new attendee.
Conference Addon Cancellation/Transfer Policy- Cancellations of addons will be granted to written requests on or before May 24, 2013. No refunds will be issued after May 24, 2013 for any reasons. After May 24, 2013, only transfers will be accepted to the specified addon.
The cancellation deadline has now passed. Only transers will now be accepted.
To transfer a registration, the new attendee must fill out a transfer form and have the original registration ID available.
