PHM Technology was established in 2006 to develop and commercialize the Maintenance Aware Design environment (MADe). 

MADe is the next generation of engineering software tools that meet the integrated technical, functional and productivity requirements for complex and mission critical systems to deliver best practice Safety & Reliability.

  • Model system failures, behaviors and criticality for design, to identify potential functional issues and mitigate risk during all design phases
  • Reliability & availability assessments can be used concurrently at each stage of the product life cycle

Capture knowledge and provide accuracy and repeatability by evaluating the design by modeling causal effects of failures and simulating failure paths. Generate fault tree, failure mode effect criticality analysis (FMEA/FMECA) and reliability analysis. Use repeatability to make those analyses affordable at a fraction of the initial cost as the design continues to mature. Associate safety and reliability models within the context of product development data, supporting collaboration, history management and re-use.
